What’s that Barking in the Clouds?
What’s that barking in the clouds?
Dogs, of course!
Legs dog paddling in the sky,
Tails steering like rudders,
Noses twitch-twitching, sniff-sniffing,
Chasing balloons, not balls
What’s that barking in the clouds?
Dogs, of course!
Dogs, of course!
Legs dog paddling in the sky,
Tails steering like rudders,
Noses twitch-twitching, sniff-sniffing,
Chasing balloons, not balls
What’s that barking in the clouds?
Dogs, of course!

About the Writer
Tim Pointon
Tim has had poems published in several children's anthologies on various subjects. He used up most of his lifetime word allowance on a history thesis, but gets away with writing fairly short poems. He took a leading role in setting up a poetry website, developed out of a project initiated by Brian Moses: 'Ticket to Scary-Ness on the Poetry Express.' He feels he is qualified to write about scary things having spent his childhood living in a cemetery house!
