Vegetable Medley
I don’t care if
Sparrows peck marrows,
Ocelots devour shallots,
Newts lick beetroot,
Caribou munch mangetout,
Grunions guzzle onions,
Centipedes bite swedes,
Snails chew curly kale,
Parrots crunch carrots,
Lambs nibble yams,
Bumble bees suck garden peas,
Sardines scoff runner beans,
Peregrines chomp aubergines,
Trout slurp sprouts,
Or yaks love celeriac
‘Cos, I still don’t want to eat my vegetables!
Sparrows peck marrows,
Ocelots devour shallots,
Newts lick beetroot,
Caribou munch mangetout,
Grunions guzzle onions,
Centipedes bite swedes,
Snails chew curly kale,
Parrots crunch carrots,
Lambs nibble yams,
Bumble bees suck garden peas,
Sardines scoff runner beans,
Peregrines chomp aubergines,
Trout slurp sprouts,
Or yaks love celeriac
‘Cos, I still don’t want to eat my vegetables!
