Two Birds
Bird in the Shape of a Poem
Soar and glide,
flap for flight,
hover and flutter,
land, alight.
Gather twigs,
make a nest.
Lay some eggs,
roost and rest.
Sing a tune.
Peck and tweet.
Score a worm,
bon appétit!
