Treasures, Tools & Nature Tales

Poem after Julie Stevens

There's a tower with a glistening spire.
It's the perfect place for keeping all treasures & tools.
The tools are for trips to the wilderness & wild.
Where the creatures & wildlife are free, and they wander and glide.
One silvery and gold shining Jewel-toned fish scale,
and I can sail underwater without ever finding a need to build a submarine.
With one footprint from a mountainous rocky landscape and forest, all my adventures will be as majestic as the countryside's red deer.
Two dazzles from the stars in the nighttime's rich paint palette of hues,
and my stories for the minibeasts and birds are all at once found.
With one flash of frost, the fiery spells set and soar over treetops and hills.
Then there is the luminous pink of the flamingo feather, and I know I will fly just like my wishes and spells once before.
