The Wardrobe in the Wood

I deeply yawn at spring’s warm dawn
And tickle blue with milkshake white:
My frothy, swirly-twirly dress
For the days that grow long and light.

I whisper in the summer breeze,
Shimmering all cutie fruity,
Dangling sweet ruby red cherries,
My delicious dress of beauty.

I rattle in the autumn wind
Shades of phoenix flame, bright and bold,
Flickering a dress of fire
As the days shrink and shiver cold.

When winter winds whine and whistle
Around lonely bark, bare and brown,
I’m dreaming of the winter ball
In my sparkly snow feather gown!
