The Christmas Baker
Mr. Russell was a Christmas baker
sifting sugar ‘n’ spice
tempering
treasures
measured puddings
long chocolate snowed
logs
cooking hobs
boiled
milk
sweetening
wintery
fogs.
And there
set up his wooden
stall
amongst each
of his red robin’s
call
for Mr. Russell was a Christmas baker
still, festive
flavours
linger
years
later.
sifting sugar ‘n’ spice
tempering
treasures
measured puddings
long chocolate snowed
logs
cooking hobs
boiled
milk
sweetening
wintery
fogs.
And there
set up his wooden
stall
amongst each
of his red robin’s
call
for Mr. Russell was a Christmas baker
still, festive
flavours
linger
years
later.
