Storm Coming

Everybody’s looking at the cloudless sky
The boats on the stream go floating by
The kids at the park are having fun
Enjoy the lovely weather, everyone!
Everybody’s looking at the cloudy sky
People take in clothes that are nearly dry
No-one wants to play in the park – no sun!
Keep an eye on the weather, everyone!
Everybody’s looking at the stormy sky
The clouds, now dark and thick all start to fly
Enormous plopping raindrops, one by one
Get inside quickly, everyone!
Everybody’s looking at the scary sky
Nobody is playing and we all know why
Thunder shakes the house as the lightning comes
Stay inside and stay safe everyone!
