Spicy Orange Juice March

Grab some juicy oranges
and squish them with your feet.
Pour the juice into a cup
and shake it to the beat.

Crush green chilli peppers in
and give a spicy glare.
Add a squirt of sour lime
and grizzle like a bear.

When you’re feeling red and spicy
march with all you’ve got.
Stomp then shake and count to ten
now breathe out all the hot.

Time to stir some ice cubes in
our spicy orange juice.
Take a sip to cool your mind
and let your anger loose.
