Snow Play

Looking up, blinking fast
Snowflakes falling down at last!

Flurries landing on my face
Melting, leaving not a trace.

Stick my tongue out, close my eyes
Catch one after many tries.

Makes me shiver, makes me smile
Want to stay outside awhile.

See the snow pile up so high
Packing snowballs, let them fly.

Sledding, building, having fun
Playing games with everyone.

Digging tunnels, try to hide
Never want to go inside!
