Salty Stars
The stars at sea are salty grains of light,
encrusting the darkness.
The stars at sea blaze so bright
like the sand of a fiery beach.
The stars at sea are glittering coins
stashed in the sky by pirates.
The stars at sea are flotsam adrift,
pulled by a circular tide.
The stars at sea are a celestial chart,
shining our way home.
encrusting the darkness.
The stars at sea blaze so bright
like the sand of a fiery beach.
The stars at sea are glittering coins
stashed in the sky by pirates.
The stars at sea are flotsam adrift,
pulled by a circular tide.
The stars at sea are a celestial chart,
shining our way home.
