One Giant Leap
I grab binoculars to view,
Such pretty shades of seafoam blue.
I hop on board the little boat,
Along calm waves I gladly float.
Some salty puffs will fill the air,
Which frizzles super curly hair.
But now it’s time to look around
And listen for that happy sound.
I wait and watch the sparkling sea,
I’m on an adventure! I shout with glee.
I sit, I’m ready, scrunched up eyes,
One giant leap, a big surprise.
Soft clouds of white, his blowhole spouts,
Out bursts water and air no doubt.
Another splash! A huge, gigantic tail.
Don’t blink or you’ll miss the humpback whale.
Such pretty shades of seafoam blue.
I hop on board the little boat,
Along calm waves I gladly float.
Some salty puffs will fill the air,
Which frizzles super curly hair.
But now it’s time to look around
And listen for that happy sound.
I wait and watch the sparkling sea,
I’m on an adventure! I shout with glee.
I sit, I’m ready, scrunched up eyes,
One giant leap, a big surprise.
Soft clouds of white, his blowhole spouts,
Out bursts water and air no doubt.
Another splash! A huge, gigantic tail.
Don’t blink or you’ll miss the humpback whale.
