On Christmas Eve
On Christmas Eve,
the night of nights,
when hopes and dreams are bright.
The candles glow,
the music sings,
the dark is soothed by light.
The tree is dressed,
the stockings hung,
and Santa’s sleigh takes flight.
O happy eve
of love, love, love -
it’s Christmas Eve tonight.
the night of nights,
when hopes and dreams are bright.
The candles glow,
the music sings,
the dark is soothed by light.
The tree is dressed,
the stockings hung,
and Santa’s sleigh takes flight.
O happy eve
of love, love, love -
it’s Christmas Eve tonight.
