My Little Sweat Glands
When I enjoy a hike
or have a fever spike,
my body has a tool
for keeping my skin cool.
If I try something new
and don’t know what to do,
a flood surrounds my knees —
a cool, refreshing breeze.
As sweat starts trickling out
like water from a spout,
some people mumble, “Eww!”
But sweat glands, I need you!
or have a fever spike,
my body has a tool
for keeping my skin cool.
If I try something new
and don’t know what to do,
a flood surrounds my knees —
a cool, refreshing breeze.
As sweat starts trickling out
like water from a spout,
some people mumble, “Eww!”
But sweat glands, I need you!
