My Cat It Has Three Corners

My cat it has three corners
Three corners has my cat
And had it not three corners
It would not be my cat.

One corner is the hall one,
Tucked right behind the wall
She curls herself so tightly
She makes a spiral ball.

One corner is the kitchen
She sleeps on piles of socks
Leaving long black cat hairs
On things that have been washed.

My bedroom is the last one,
Her favourite spot to go,
I stroke her fur so gently,
And she purrs back hello.

My cat it has three corners
Three corners has my cat
And had it not three corners
It would not be my cat.
