Murmuration
There is
a certain time
of year between autumn
and winter when the skies come
alive.
It starts
with a meeting
of a million birds. Then
shape-shifting patterns appear in
the sky
massing,
undulating,
then swirling and swooping
rising, falling, twisting and turning
