Mondays Are the Worst Day
Mondays are the worst day
They make me want to shout
My hair is in a tangled mess
My underwear’s inside-out
My toothbrush fell in the toilet
The milk in my cereal’s sour
I’ve fought three times with my brother
And I’ve only been up an hour!
I spilled water on my homework
And I don’t know what to do
Now, I’ve missed the school bus
and my cat barfed in my shoe
Everything is going wrong
It makes me want to shriek
I’m awfully glad that Monday
Only happens once a week!
They make me want to shout
My hair is in a tangled mess
My underwear’s inside-out
My toothbrush fell in the toilet
The milk in my cereal’s sour
I’ve fought three times with my brother
And I’ve only been up an hour!
I spilled water on my homework
And I don’t know what to do
Now, I’ve missed the school bus
and my cat barfed in my shoe
Everything is going wrong
It makes me want to shriek
I’m awfully glad that Monday
Only happens once a week!
