Little Boy Blue
Little boy blue, won’t you come blow your horn
Play us the blues while we dance in the corn
Play for the sheep in the pasture out back
Play for the children, each Jill and each Jack
Little boy blue, oh, your music is fine
Smoother than coffee and stronger than wine
Sweeter than bluebells that grow in the hay
Play for us now at the end of the day
Little boy blue, won’t you come blow your horn
Play us the blues while we dance in the corn
Play for the blue sky and play for the night
Play us to sleep at the end of the light
Play us the blues while we dance in the corn
Play for the sheep in the pasture out back
Play for the children, each Jill and each Jack
Little boy blue, oh, your music is fine
Smoother than coffee and stronger than wine
Sweeter than bluebells that grow in the hay
Play for us now at the end of the day
Little boy blue, won’t you come blow your horn
Play us the blues while we dance in the corn
Play for the blue sky and play for the night
Play us to sleep at the end of the light
