Letting Your Gerbil Out
Let your gerbil out and it may
hop it before you can stop it –
roll in a ball
and spin down the hall
drop in a shoe
pop to the loo
hide in a box
devour your socks
bathe in the flour
take a hot shower
try your computer
borrow your scooter
nibble a wire
start a great fire
head out the door
leave to explore
or just curl up in your pocket
hop it before you can stop it –
roll in a ball
and spin down the hall
drop in a shoe
pop to the loo
hide in a box
devour your socks
bathe in the flour
take a hot shower
try your computer
borrow your scooter
nibble a wire
start a great fire
head out the door
leave to explore
or just curl up in your pocket
