The Dirigible Balloon
Poetry for Children

Junk Modelling

Listen to Elisabeth read her poem ...
I approach the box,
ideas in my mind.
What can I make now,
to take home this time?

A train or a boat?
perhaps it will float!

A bridge for a car?
Or a shiny blue star?

I grab an old tube,
the tape and white glue,
what’s it going to be?

If only I knew.
