Joys of Snow
Snow falls heavily overnight,
The day begins crisp and bright,
Blue skies hug the morning light,
As children laugh with delight.
They gather for a snowball fight,
Make angels on a blanket so white,
Build a snowman to a great height,
And slide down on their sleds in flight.
They play until the dusk of twilight,
And in their beds, they snuggle up tight.
The day begins crisp and bright,
Blue skies hug the morning light,
As children laugh with delight.
They gather for a snowball fight,
Make angels on a blanket so white,
Build a snowman to a great height,
And slide down on their sleds in flight.
They play until the dusk of twilight,
And in their beds, they snuggle up tight.
