Jasmine
Jasmine flowers,
planted on purpose,
outside my windowsill.
The sweet, familiar notes
seep in, easing me to slumber.
The starry, fragrant, sturdy buds
bloom through spring and summer.
Balmy fresh fragrant breezes flow in,
on lazy days & warm nights of summer.
planted on purpose,
outside my windowsill.
The sweet, familiar notes
seep in, easing me to slumber.
The starry, fragrant, sturdy buds
bloom through spring and summer.
Balmy fresh fragrant breezes flow in,
on lazy days & warm nights of summer.
