Granny Smith
She calls me pet
and brings me a sherbet lemon
when she picks me up from school.
She holds my hand
and carries a green drawstring bag
which is filled with apples and flour.
She'll make a pie
and pinch the edges with a fork
we'll eat it at the small table with cream.
and brings me a sherbet lemon
when she picks me up from school.
She holds my hand
and carries a green drawstring bag
which is filled with apples and flour.
She'll make a pie
and pinch the edges with a fork
we'll eat it at the small table with cream.
