Game Changer
I love playing Monopoly, I always choose the car
Invest each cent ‘til it’s all spent
Then charge the others loads of rent
My plan will take me far.
I love playing Monopoly, I’m aiming for the blues
Mum’s eye are down, she hides a frown
(She’s only got one measly brown)
She’s clearly going to lose.
I love playing Monopoly, just call me a tycoon
I’ve bought Mayfair and Leicester Square
My bank is empty (I don’t care)
Dad thinks I’ve peaked too soon.
I quite like playing Monopoly, a high for every low
One mean Chance card can make things hard
And jail just leaves me feeling scarred
But wait for my next go!
I hate playing Monopoly, I’m sure that Dad’s a cheat
I’m on the brink, I just can’t think
Mum’s got hotels on every pink
How can I save Bow Street?
I hate playing Monopoly, the dice just seems to know
I’m mortgaged out, I want to shout
My game plan’s gone right up the spout
Next time, we’ll play Uno.
Invest each cent ‘til it’s all spent
Then charge the others loads of rent
My plan will take me far.
I love playing Monopoly, I’m aiming for the blues
Mum’s eye are down, she hides a frown
(She’s only got one measly brown)
She’s clearly going to lose.
I love playing Monopoly, just call me a tycoon
I’ve bought Mayfair and Leicester Square
My bank is empty (I don’t care)
Dad thinks I’ve peaked too soon.
I quite like playing Monopoly, a high for every low
One mean Chance card can make things hard
And jail just leaves me feeling scarred
But wait for my next go!
I hate playing Monopoly, I’m sure that Dad’s a cheat
I’m on the brink, I just can’t think
Mum’s got hotels on every pink
How can I save Bow Street?
I hate playing Monopoly, the dice just seems to know
I’m mortgaged out, I want to shout
My game plan’s gone right up the spout
Next time, we’ll play Uno.
