Flying Fish
If I were ever to be a fish and be any kind of fish I wish,
I think I’d pick a fish that flies!
That swims in the ocean and sails through the skies.
I know I wouldn’t have feathery wings.
I’d leap from the water, like my scales are springs!
I’d soar over the seas! Take in each sight!
Then plop under the waves to prepare my next flight.
