Don't Forget

“Don’t forget”, the great elephant said,
“Brush your teeth, before going to bed.”
“Don’t be deterred”, sang the shy hummingbird,
“If you can’t remember every word.”
“Don’t forget”, buzzed the bumblebee,
“That flowers smell sweet, such beauty is free”.
“Don’t forget,” the wise owl hooted,
“In winter it’s better you’re gloved and booted.”
“Don’t forget,” the ladybird shared,
The world would be better if everyone cared.”
Don’t forget, chirped the robin with cheer,
“Christmas is coming, and then a New Year!”
