Constellations
At night
people say
they see shapes in the sky.
A big dot-to-dot you can see
if you try.
But all that I see
when I try really hard
are stars winking and blinking,
so now I’ve been thinking:
what if everyone imagines
what they see, what they find?
I can do that.
Those stars are mine!
people say
they see shapes in the sky.
A big dot-to-dot you can see
if you try.
But all that I see
when I try really hard
are stars winking and blinking,
so now I’ve been thinking:
what if everyone imagines
what they see, what they find?
I can do that.
Those stars are mine!
