Clever Mum
My Mum skips with spaghetti
she juggles with ten eggs,
I think Mum’s really clever
when she sleeps on one leg.
She tells me stories with her hands
turning fingers into fluffy friends,
she can even make giant puddles
when the rain comes to an end.
My Mum plays the drums
whilst standing on her head,
she knows the words of every song
to sing when I’m scared.
What I like, the cleverest of all,
are the cartwheels she can turn,
because Mum always gives me hugs
whilst twirling upside down!
she juggles with ten eggs,
I think Mum’s really clever
when she sleeps on one leg.
She tells me stories with her hands
turning fingers into fluffy friends,
she can even make giant puddles
when the rain comes to an end.
My Mum plays the drums
whilst standing on her head,
she knows the words of every song
to sing when I’m scared.
What I like, the cleverest of all,
are the cartwheels she can turn,
because Mum always gives me hugs
whilst twirling upside down!
