There once was a fly called butter
Whose wings were always a flutter;
One day it did land
On a wich known as sand
Where it snacked on sweet bread and butter.

Sherry has 40 children’s books to her credit, pre-school through young adult. Her writing has appeared in Aquila, Highlights For Children, Cobblestone, Cricket, Owl and other children’s magazines. Sherry holds an MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Vermont College of Fine Arts and taught a picture book writing course for UCLA Extension for 10 years.
