Body Shock

Someone call a doctor!
Take me to the vets!
I’ve got a rare condition -
the weirdest that it gets.

It started with a cough
that turned into a croak,
and now I’ve got a massive frog
just squatting in my throat.

I don’t know how it got there
but it seems he’s not alone.
Now all kinds of critters
are setting up a home.

Like the hurry-scurry army
of microscopic ants
that, according to my teacher,
are nesting in my pants.

The disease is spreading quickly
and for its next surprise,
it’s filled my churning tummy
with a swarm of butterflies.

Someone call a doctor!
Take me to the vets!
I’ve got a rare condition -
the weirdest that it gets.
