Bauble Squabble
Who gets to hang the first Christmas bauble
Has always caused a family squabble.
We’re in cahoots when we start to nobble
Foil-wrapped chocolate shapes that dangle, wobble.
Vanishing one by one as we gobble
Them up. Then panic. Then try to cobble
Tissues in wrappers, creating new baubles.
Has always caused a family squabble.
We’re in cahoots when we start to nobble
Foil-wrapped chocolate shapes that dangle, wobble.
Vanishing one by one as we gobble
Them up. Then panic. Then try to cobble
Tissues in wrappers, creating new baubles.
