Baking Day
Pancakes cook with sizzle,
little holes form and,
syrupy smells fill the kitchen.
We’re apron tied and smiling here,
it’s Sunday.
Tiny scones lay out on the table top
like stepping stones
for fairy cakes.
little holes form and,
syrupy smells fill the kitchen.
We’re apron tied and smiling here,
it’s Sunday.
Tiny scones lay out on the table top
like stepping stones
for fairy cakes.
