An Eye to the Sky
Blow wind blow,
Go clouds go.
Fly clouds fly,
Across the sky.
Greys, pinks, blues,
Dawn’s bright hues.
Dark to light,
A starry night.
Midnight’s Moon,
The Sun at noon.
The atmosphere,
So clean and clear.
Season’s measure.
Changing weather,
And that is why,
We keep an eye to the sky.
Go clouds go.
Fly clouds fly,
Across the sky.
Greys, pinks, blues,
Dawn’s bright hues.
Dark to light,
A starry night.
Midnight’s Moon,
The Sun at noon.
The atmosphere,
So clean and clear.
Season’s measure.
Changing weather,
And that is why,
We keep an eye to the sky.

About the Writer
Graham Cawser
Graham loves children’s literature and enjoys writing and drawing. He was raised in rural Staffordshire, and that was where his imaginings first saw the light of day. He says "Visiting schools and writing poetry for children is a treasured joy. Children’s reactions to pictures and rhyme is magical, and nothing beats watching a child’s face when they realize they can write and illustrate their own stories."
