A Dark and Stormy Morning

Listen to Ken's poem ... read by JH
The Sun slept late that morning
so the Clouds took their delight
since he did so without warning
after shining through the night,
having basked beneath the Full Moon
in its brilliant, eerie light.

They rained and hailed with Thunder,
casting Lightning Bolts galore,
and were nearly torn asunder
when the Wind began to roar!
This woke the Sun, who then for fun
poured Rainbows on the Shore.
